The organization was established in June 2004 and registered in December the same year under the registrar of societies. It was later re-registered under the NGO Act in May 2014 to help improve the quality of life of Youths and Women. The organization has been working closely with the Ministry of Health, particularly Lusaka District Health Office (LDHO) and Chibombo District Health Office (CDHO) for implementation of its activities at various health facilities.
